Lance McKinney will be presenting Guardianship Boot Camp.  This is a 2 hour intensive on the new Standards of Practice for Professional and Public Guardians. The purpose will be to highlight the new documentation duties with concrete forms and examples of how to comply.  The new Standards were effective 6/23/2017.  The seminar provides 2 hours continuing education credit for both Guardians and Attorneys and paralegals.  2 Hours of ethics credit are applied for and pending.  It will be held on Friday 9/8/2017 at The Crossings (3501 Hancock Bridge Pkwy) in North Fort Myers from 10 am – Noon.  Cost is Free for professional guardians.  Click here for access to materials.
