After receiving her Master’s
degree in Business Administration in 1988 from Nova University and her Juris
Doctorate, cum laude in 1992 from the University of Maine, Beth returned to her
hometown of Fort Myers to practice law. She is a member of The National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys, The Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, The Florida
Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the
Florida State Guardianship Association. Beth is a current Board member of the
Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. Beth served as an officer and board
member for The Association of Family Law Professionals and was a member of the
Inns of Court. Her practice concentrates in the areas of probate, guardianship,
estate planning, and Medicaid planning. Beth is certified as a Circuit Civil
Mediator and she mediates contested guardianship cases. In 2006 Beth was board
certified as an Elder Law Attorney by The Florida Bar. She serves on The Senior
Friendship Centers’ Board of Governors. |
