Lance M. McKinney
Lance received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida in 1990. He is a member of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, The Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, The Florida Bar, The Lee County Bar Association, and The Florida State Guardianship Association. Lance is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida. In June 2005 Lance was certified as an Elder Law Attorney by The Florida Bar.
His practice concentrates in the areas of medicaid, probate, guardianships, wills, and trusts. Lance received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility, and earned the AIF® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies through the University of Pittsburgh. Lance served as a barrister in the Inns of Court and on the Board of Directors of Age Link, an agency that provided information and referrals to the elderly. Lance is accredited by the Veteran's Administration to represent claimants. Lance serves on the Board of Directors of the Lee County Chapter of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
